As a aide-soignant(e), you will participate in the care of hygiene, comfort and well-being of residents. You will be required to work as part of a team under the supervision of the nurses present. The position is on a shift basis, with night or day shifts depending on the needs of the department. Your days worked include fixed periods (Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday or Wednesday, Thursday, Friday). You will work 10 hours a day, with variations ranging from 6:45 a.m. to a maximum of 9:15 p.m., either on a night shift or a day shift.
