We are recruiting a Nurse M/F to join a medico-social establishment located in Angers, in the Maine-et-Loire department, on a permanent contract

Description and missions
Working in an associative EHPAD, your role will be to ensure the daily nursing care of residents and guarantee their well-being. You will be involved in:
- Monitoring and providing medical care for residents
. - Administering treatments, dressings and personalized care
. - Risk assessment and prevention (dehydration, bedsores, etc.)
- Rigorous monitoring of prescriptions and their transmission to the pharmacy
. - Managing medical records and updating them regularly
. - Communicating with families on the state of their loved ones' health
The proposed working hours are 7.10 a.m.-7.30 p.m. or 9.10 a.m.-7 p.m., with a break spread throughout the day (1.5 hours in total). The position is available for 2 to 4 days a week, based on a monthly salary of 151.67 hours
.
Structure DNA
You will work in a private EHPAD association located in the heart of Angers, in a peaceful, green setting with a large wooded park. The establishment accommodates 88 residents in 5 living units, including two UPADs. The approach is centered on respect for the elderly, preserving their autonomy and continuously improving their comfort. The atmosphere is warm, supported by a committed and caring multidisciplinary team
.
Compensation
Gross monthly salary from €2,750, including Ségur bonuses and contractual revaluation, with one Sunday worked per month. 100% seniority taken back. Additional bonuses:
- On-the-spot replacement bonus: €50 per replacement
. - Referent bonus: €100 gross per month
.
