Job Gastroenterologist M/F - Blois 41
An establishment in Blois is looking for 2 gastroenterologists (M/F) for freelance positions.
In this structure, you will work as part of a team with numerous practitioners: an oncology team made up of 4 doctors and 1 clinical research associate. You'll also work with 3 digestive surgeons, a team of 4 anesthetists (increasing to 5 from November 2024) and a team of IADEs. You will also have weekly multidisciplinary oncology consultation meetings. You will join 2 gastroenterologists already in place, with whom you will share operating slots.
You will have no on-call or duty periods. Your duties will include consultations and operating room activities, diagnostic and interventional endoscopy under general anesthesia or on an outpatient basis. You'll also perform simple haemostatic procedures, foreign body exeresis, and you'll have opportunities to practice surgical proctology.
The facility boasts modern equipment to ensure optimal working conditions. There are 2 interventional rooms dedicated to the operating room, 1 outpatient treatment room, 14 Olympus colonoscopes, 8 nasofibroscopes, 11 gastroscopes, 5 endoscope washers, 3 video columns, 2 insufflators, and the endoscopic ultrasound scanner should be arriving shortly.

For this self-employed position, you'll earn between €200,000 and €250,000 a year (inpatient procedures), not including outpatient sales. You'll also be able to use secretarial time as part of your fee.
