We are recruiting a nephrologist M/F to join an associative structure of ESPIC type located in Laval, within the framework of a full-time CDI contract
Description and duties
You will join a young and dynamic team of 5 nephrologists with complementary skills. The position offers a wide range of medical activities in a modern, multidisciplinary environment:
- Care in a heavy center (24 shifts) and UDM (8 shifts) with two shifts a day (7.30am-7pm), covering all dialysis techniques (HD, HDF, HDX) as well as rheopheresis
. - Follow-up of home dialysis patients (HD and DP), with an average of 25 patients
. - Structured pre-supplementation pathway, in collaboration with a nurse coordinator and an IPA in training
. - Full clinical nephrology activity: consultations (nephrology and transplants), day or conventional hospitalizations for check-ups, biopsies and follow-ups
- Specialized advice for all departments of the adjoining private clinic
. - Participation in clinical sessions, bibliography, and clinical research projects with a dedicated team

This regional structure has 39 treatment sites, including 9 heavy centers, and provides care for more than 1,700 dialysis patients every year. The facility boasts a full technical platform, including a portable ultrasound scanner, videoconferencing system, MEDIAL computerized medical record, and genuine paramedical support (dieticians, psychologist, social worker)
