Description and duties
You will work in collaboration with other practitioners in a fast-growing primary care facility
. Your main duties will be to:
- Provide comprehensive care for patients in general medical consultations
. - Contribute to the continuity of care and follow-up of chronic pathologies
. - Participate in the multi-professional coordination dynamic within the team
. - Collaborate with existing and future specialists to reinforce coherent and effective care
