We are recruiting a young children's educator M/F to join a micro-crèche located in Strasbourg, in the Bas-Rhin department, within the framework of a full-time CDI.
Description and duties
Working in a micro-crèche for 14 children aged from 10 weeks to 4 years, you will work variable hours, from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Pedagogical observation of children and participation in monitoring their development
- Managing contracts, supporting families and responding to their needs
- Support the manager in leading a team of 4 professionals holding the CAP Petite Enfance
- Use of "Maison" management software
ADN of the structure
You'll be joining a well-established micro-crèche in Strasbourg, on a human scale, offering caring, personalized supervision. Compensation
For this position, you will receive a gross monthly salary of between €2,000 and €2,500, depending on the collective bargaining agreement and experience acquired.
