Description and missions
As a geriatrician in this HAH service, you will be responsible for a panel of 45 to 50 homecare patients, at a rate of 3 to 6 weekly visits. You will be involved in coordinating care between healthcare establishments and outpatient professionals, to ensure that patients return home as smoothly as possible.
Your main tasks include:
- Assessing medical situations requiring HAH care
. - Carrying out home visits for complex pathologies, oncology or post-hospitalization




















Participating in the development of homecare protocols - Participate in the development of innovative protocols (home transfusions, VAC therapy, punctures)
. - Contribution to weekly multidisciplinary meetings and medical work groups
. - Management of medical on-call duty approximately one week every 5 to 6 weeks
. - Participation in CME and national HAD committees

You will be joining a home hospitalization facility that is part of a major national network, offering a comprehensive approach to home care. The medical team works closely with nurses, orderlies, psychologists and social workers. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive, with a strong project dynamic. Doctors are free to organize their own schedules and ensure continuity of care through a system of medical delegation. The Évreux site offers strong development potential and is ideally located in the heart of Normandy.

Compensation
You will receive an attractive salary of between €90,000 and €120,000 gross per year, depending on your profile and experience.
