Job Nurse M/F - Besançon 25

We are recruiting a state-qualified nurse M/F to join a medical-surgical facility located in Besançon, in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, on a permanent contract.

Description and missions
As an SSPI nurse, you will work in a post-interventional care department, on fixed daytime shifts. Your duties will include:
- Supervision and management of patients in the post-anesthesia recovery phase
- Pain assessment and management
. - Coordinating with the medical-surgical team to ensure safe care
. - Participation in continuity of care in liaison with operating theatres and hospitalization units
. You will work 10-hour shifts, without rotation or weekend work, but with participation in on-call duty as required.

Structure DNA
This private establishment has a dozen operating theatres, offering a wide range of medical and surgical activities. You will be part of a dynamic team of 4 permanent and 3 temporary nurses. A new OR manager and a recently-appointed assistant provide solid support. A structured integration program, including understudies, is in place to support each new recruit. The working environment is modern, with an on-site self-service restaurant and free parking for employees.

Compensation
Remuneration according to the current salary scale, starting at 2300 euros gross per month, with progression according to seniority.
