We are recruiting an emergency physician M/F to join a home hospitalization facility located in Ăvreux, Normandy, as part of a full-time CDI.
Description and missions
You will be joining a structure specializing in home hospitalization, with a comprehensive medical approach focusing on oncology, emergency, therapeutic education and psychological support.
As an emergency physician, you will be involved in:
- Assessing patients for HAH care
. - Organizing and conducting medical home visits (3 to 6 per week)
- Coordinating with local and hospital healthcare professionals to ensure an optimal return home
. - Participate in weekly multidisciplinary meetings
. - Coordinating work groups with local hospitals and medical-social establishments
. - Implementation of innovative techniques at home: transfusions, chemotherapy, punctures, VAC therapy
. - Participation in medical on-call duty (approximately one week every 5 to 6 weeks)
- The possibility of providing additional follow-up care during vacations at other network sites

This HAH facility is part of a dynamic regional network focused on developing innovative medical projects. You will join a multi-disciplinary team of nurse coordinators, psychologists, social workers and care assistants, in a fast-growing structure, currently accommodating between 45 and 50 patients. The working environment encourages collaboration, initiative and support between practitioners. You will have access to modern tools and autonomy in organizing your schedule, with a strong involvement in medical committees and national projects.
Compensation
Attractive gross annual remuneration of between âŹ90,000 and âŹ120,000, depending on profile and experience, based on a full-time day rate.
