We are recruiting an ENT M/F to join a specialist ophthalmology facility located in Clichy, Hauts-de-Seine, on a full or part-time salaried contract.
Description and missions
You'll be joining a fast-growing organization looking to expand its range of services by recruiting an ENT doctor. You will have access to one of the two available practices (7 to 8m2 or 12m2), with the possibility of creating a larger space according to your needs, by merging the two rooms.
Your duties will include:
- Perform ENT consultations
- Management of ear, nose and throat pathologies
>>. - Follow-up of patients in coordination with other practitioners at the center
. - Participation in the center's dynamics and development of ENT activity
Structure DNA
Formerly taken over, this structure has benefited from a complete renovation and organizational overhaul that has doubled its sales and significantly improved patient satisfaction. You will work in a modern environment focused on quality of care. The team is made up of 4 secretaries, including one dedicated exclusively to data management and optimizing schedules to limit cancellations and ensure smooth administrative management. You'll benefit from efficient logistical support and an environment conducive to quality work.
Compensation
For this position, you will benefit from a remuneration of 800 euros net per day or a retrocession between 40% and 42%, depending on the chosen mode of practice.
