We are recruiting a Nurse M/F to join a home nursing structure located in Creil in the Oise region, as part of a permanent contract.
Description and duties
As part of your duties, you will work with a varied patient base at home and actively participate in their overall well-being. Your main duties will include:
- Performing technical nursing care (infusion, dressing, injection, diabetic monitoring)
- Accompanying and nursing patients, working in pairs with a care assistant when care is heavy
. - Distribution of treatments
- Participation in the continuity and quality of care
You will make 9 rounds a day (5 in the morning, 4 in the evening) in a defined geographical area. Days are organized in two shifts: 7am-1pm then 4pm-8pm, for a total of 35 or 39 hours a week. The work schedule is approximately 10 to 15 days a month, with one weekend worked out of two.

Compensation
For this position, your hourly pay will start at €17.49 gross for a beginner nurse, rising to €19 gross depending on experience, with holiday pay increased by 50%. Take-home pay is always over €2400.
