We are recruiting an occupational physician M/F to join an organization dedicated to the agricultural sector, located in Nevers, in the Nièvre region, as part of a CDI full time or part time.
Description and missions
You will join a multidisciplinary team within an occupational health department covering the whole of the Burgundy region. As an occupational health physician, your duties will include:
- Carrying out return visits and priority visits
. - Coordinating with occupational health nurses, prevention consultants and social workers
. - Participation in preventing occupational hazards and improving working conditions
. - The possibility of teleconsulting as part of a flexible organization focused on the quality of follow-up, with no imposed patient quota

You'll be working in a private organization serving the agricultural and rural world. You'll join a work environment that favors comprehensive, humane employee care, with a wide variety of audiences from agricultural entities, cooperatives, educational establishments or wine-growing landscapes. The organization is based on a strong local presence, a committed team and adapted prevention tools. In addition, the multidisciplinary team includes 8 nurses, prevention consultants and social workers.
Compensation
For this position, you will benefit from an annual remuneration of up to82,700€ gross for an FTE, including:
- Gross monthly salary of around €4,700 (13 months)
- Hardship allowance up to 1,200€ gross/month
- Nursing delegation bonus of 6,000€ gross/year
