We are recruiting a Psychiatrist M/F onCDI full time (39h) to join a facility dedicated to the care of children and adolescents in Béziers (Hérault).
Description and missions
As a member of the medical management team, you will be in charge of running the services in collaboration with a pediatrician.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Steering and monitoring children's care projects (screening, diagnosis, development of personalized projects)
- Medical consultations, prescriptions and coordination of check-ups
. - Developing partnerships to guarantee access to care
- Participation in multidisciplinary meetings
- Follow-up and traceability of medical activity with the support of a secretary
. - Contribution to the continuous improvement of care quality
Structure DNA
You'll join a dynamic multidisciplinary team in a structured working environment focused on pediatric and psychiatric care. In addition, the structure encourages consultation between health professionals and emphasizes personalized support for the children being cared for.
Compensation
For this position, you will benefit from a salary of 81,000€ gross per annum, evolving in line with your profile and based on the grid for Level 11E Nursing, Educational and Medical Personnel, starting at coefficient 690. In addition, you will be entitled to a 13th and 14th month's pay, as well as various bonuses.
