Job Veterinary Clinic Manager M/F - Les Pieux 50
We are recruiting a veterinarian M/F looking to invest in a high-potential entrepreneurial project within a general veterinary clinic located in a coastal commune of Normandy. This position is part of a freelance collaboration with a view to becoming the medical and managerial director of the structure.
Description and duties
The clinic will house two veterinarians and five ASVs in a 400 m² space with two consultation rooms. Fully equipped (digital X-ray, high-performance ultrasound scanner, laboratory), it offers a modern, stable working environment. The position includes regular clinical activity (minimum 1.5 days/week) as well as a management role, with total freedom to organize tasks between team members. The Medical Director will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the clinic in medical, human, organizational and financial terms.
Another veterinarian will continue to provide support via replacements, and the young, close-knit team of ASVs in place will ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The management buy-in is part of a logic of continuity and development of the structure, with an openness to the evolution of practices and the renewal of equipment according to clinical needs.
Compensation
- From €100,000 gross/year.
