Job Coordinator Physician M/F - Orvault 44
We are looking for a coordinating physician M/F for a full-time CDI or 0.8 FTE in a long-term care EHPAD located in Orvault.
Your role will be to coordinate and ensure the quality of care provided to residents. You will organize the permanence of care, participate in geriatric commissions and coordinate internal and external care providers. You will assess the match between the state of health of the people to be cared for and the facility's care capacities, carry out AGGIR and PATHOS assessments in conjunction with the care team, and participate in the development and implementation of individualized care projects.
You will be joining a team that already includes a doctor, in an environment that values teamwork, communication and reflection on the development of the establishment. The facility accommodates 63 residents in EHPAD and 37 in long-term care.

Orvault's downtown area, with its green spaces, shops and friendly community, offers a high quality of life, while being well served by public transport, making it easy to commute to the Nantes metropolis.
You will benefit from an attractive remuneration package of €100k per annum on a fixed day rate, with 18 RTT and available parking.
