Job Night Care Aide M/F - Maubeuge 59

We are recruiting an Aide-Soignant M/F to join a private healthcare establishment in Maubeuge, on a full-time CDD or CDI basis.

Description and missions
Assigned to the Continuing Care Department, you will work in pairs with a nurse to care for 15 patients.
Your duties:

- Clinical monitoring and targeted transmissions to the patient record
- Participate in technical care under IDE responsibility
- Preparation, maintenance and management of night equipment
- Organization: 7 p.m. - 7 a.m., rotating over 2 weeks:
- Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday worked (weekend off)
- Week 2: Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday worked (Wednesday-Thursday-Friday off)
- Every other weekend is worked. Room and board available if required.

Recognized polyclinic, complete technical platform, team culture and constant night staff (1 IDE + 1 AS). Secure private parking and supervision available.

Compensation
- 1,700 net starting salary, progressive according to experience (100% seniority transfer)
- Holiday bonuses: approx. 60 € to 100 € per shift
