We are recruiting a physiotherapist M/F to join a network of practices specializing in home physiotherapy, located in Toulouse in the Haute-Garonne region, on a full-time CDI basis.
Description and duties
You will join a dynamic team of 17 physiotherapists working exclusively at home. Your main mission will be to:
- Providing individualized care in the homes of patients in your sector
. - Organize your rounds according to your schedule and preferences
. - Complete therapeutic follow-up of your patients, in liaison with the team and administrative secretariat
. - Autonomous management of your sessions, their frequency and your hourly workload
.
The activity is entirely dedicated to home care, with a maximum of 17 patients per day. You'll have a business phone, patient management software, shared calendars, and constant support from your colleagues to ensure continuity of care.
Structure DNA
The structure brings together three physiotherapy practices working closely together to offer personalized, high-quality care. You will work in an organized environment that encourages autonomy, flexibility and professional stability. The team is close-knit, caring and supported by a specialized secretariat to free you from administrative tasks. You'll have the freedom to manage your schedule according to your preferences, with the option of concentrating your days on four days a week. The area is mainly residential, with easy access and parking.
Compensation
Fixed salary of €3,200 gross per month for a 35-hour contract, with the possibility of overtime enabling remuneration of up to €4,696 gross per month. Mileage allowances are fully covered.
