We are recruiting a Store Manager M/F to join a family-owned optical boutique located in Grenoble, in the city center, as part of a full-time CDI (35h or 39h/week).
Description and missions
You will take over the management of a historic store, open since 1961. You will be responsible for the operational management of the store, leading the team (5 employees), monitoring sales indicators and customer relations. The store specializes in contactology and optometry, with a loyal local clientele and a strong territorial presence.
You will be working in close collaboration with two other Group outlets in the vicinity, to create synergies.
Structure DNA
The boutique combines demanding technical expertise with a stable, family atmosphere. The team shares the values of proximity, personalized advice and commitment to customer service.
Compensation
Salary from €2800 to €3100 gross/month depending on profile, supplemented by:
- Individual and group bonuses on sales
- Profit-sharing and value-sharing bonuses
