We are recruiting a coordinator M/F to join a healthcare establishment located in Poitiers in the Vienne region, as part of a permanent contract.
Description and missions
As manager of the women's health care pathway, you will report to the facility's management and work closely with the other health care managers. Your duties will focus on the following areas:
- Organize the reception of parturients and their families, in collaboration with the medical teams
. - Supervise the paramedical and midwifery team around the care project
. - Work with department heads to propose ways of improving unit organization
. - Lead department development projects and participate in cross-functional projects
. - Manage the department's human resources, while ensuring continuity, quality and safety of care
. - Optimize patient flow management in conjunction with the bed manager
. - Monitor the application of quality procedures through institutional indicators
You will work from Monday to Friday, on a day shift basis, with on-call duty every other week.

This human-scale facility benefits from a family environment and a dynamic environment supported by a major healthcare group. The maternity department has around 600 to 700 births a year, with a team of 15 midwives and 10 nursery assistants. The establishment has a number of development projects, making the position even more attractive, as well as the expected involvement in progress initiatives. Compensation
For this position, you will benefit from a salary starting at 3500 euros gross per month, plus a government bonus of 400 euros gross.
