Job Coordinator Physician M/F - Ajaccio 20
We are recruiting a coordinating physician M/F to join two EHPADs located around Ajaccio, in Corse-du-Sud, as part of a CDI full time or part time.
Description and duties
Your main mission will be to organize and coordinate the activities of healthcare professionals within the facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing the general care project in collaboration with the care team
. - Assessing and validating residents' dependency status and care needs
. - Chairing the geriatric coordination committee
. - Supervision and monitoring of the application of good geriatric practice
- The coordination of geriatric assessments and therapeutic recommendations
- Performing the PATHOS cut in order to define the facility's budget
- Advice on resident admissions, ensuring that their state of health is compatible with care capacities
Facility DNA
You will be joining a sizable association with 200 employees and 200 residents spread over four facilities, including two EHPADs. One of the facilities accommodates 70 residents requiring daily assistance and constant medical supervision. The second EHPAD, with 24 beds, stands out for its innovative approach to non-drug therapies. This dynamic setting offers a rewarding environment focused on quality of care.
Compensation
Attractive remuneration according to profile and experience.
